The Central Government has given the green light for Uttar Pradesh’s first Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC), set to be developed in Greater Noida. Spanning 206 acres within the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region, the project will attract an investment of ₹800 crore from Havells India Limited. This initiative is part of the state government’s broader vision to position Uttar Pradesh as a leading electronics manufacturing hub. The cluster will specialize in the production of mobile phones, computers, and other electronic devices, marking a major step toward building a cutting-edge technological ecosystem.
